DRAINS the Battery
The dongle isn’t that strong to pick up HD signals more than a few miles away. Worse yet that the app runs in the background ALL THE TIME. You have to make sure you turn it off - a action quite obsolete for most apps - otherwise it will run your battery down. I use it with an iPod Touch 4th generation and you can actually see the battery range going down from the moment I turn this on. All in all, unless the app gets reworked seriously, it’s not worth the pain. Understandably there is no radio receiver in the Touch, but I can always use the nano which comes with radio receiver. Unfortunately, the dongle by itself will not work with the nano or any other radio app.
