Help

figures only can listen to radio channels. How can I listen double figures.

Update app please

Need to update to improve the display on iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. I ask to tune the frequency in increments of 0,1 MHz to listen stations in other countries with a different frequency grid. Thank you.

Do not get

Doses not work on the iPhone 4S

Works...but.....

Works although very buggy. Need to constantly close and relaunch app to tune stations. Needs multitasking capability. Get rid of all twitter and Facebook links on main page. Just keep it simple with Tuner screen always on top.

Absolutely horrible

I dont usually rate apps but this app is total garbage. The old one worked pretty well at least where this new version has so many glitches there is nowhere to begin. Either fix it or scrap it and put the old app back up. Most of the stations do not show HD and there is no tagging anymore. I have no need or want twitter or facebook so get rid of it or put in in the settings menu instead of popping up when you are trying to use the tuner.

Dont waste your time.

This app isnt worth the money you have to spend on the receiver. The receiver seems to work fine but this app has way too many problems.

Thank u for the update.

Much needed. Apps runs much better now.

Finally fixed!

Picked up a Gigaware HD Radio remote on clearance at Radio Shack after I upgraded to iOS5 and found the software was unusable in any sense without frequent restarts and multitask clears. Much better now. Tuning is speedy and immediate, and actually works, and the stations pull in perfectly. Thanks for taking the time to get out a bugfix that fixed all the bugs instead of being rushed out.

HD Radio.

Update works until you leave app and come back later. It seems to be frozen on the last song and will not resume. Only fix Ive found is to delete and reinstall. Sounds great when it works.

Yay update

Fixed it! I would like to see station call letter integration into the twitter/Facebook sharing. Thanks for the fix! It runs in the background fine. No troubles to speak of. If you experience app crashes. Its always good practice to uninstall and reinstall. Before you re install it. I recommend holding you home and power buttons down for ten seconds to reset your phone. Kind of like turning a computer off without going through the shutdown process. Works like a champ!

Still not work

Ive never been able to get HD! Now it will not load past start screen.

Much better

Its finally functional on my iPod 2g/3g instead of that laggy POS from before. Its not perfect but its somewhat decent now. Cant speak for newer devices though. Update: It seems like other HD2,3 etc. channels under an HD station just show up as blank without any info, but you can still click on them. It would be great if that can be fixed on my 8gb 2g/3g. 3/5 stars for now.

Works like a pro again!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the update!!!! Plus the up date was on my birthday!!!!! Bonus!!!!

Hd radio

Every time i unplugged the hardware from my iPod the radio would stop working. It would work after i delete then reinstall the app.

Great, reliable! And $10 @ RadioShack

Really good app software and it works well with the Gigaware receiver / controller I got at Radio Shack. Get it while this accessory is on sale for just 10 bucks! Gigaware makes a nicely designed and good looking compatible attachment with a clothing clip built in. Ive used it with this app for 3 weeks with no trouble. Very good radio reception, too. Play with the touch pop-ups and find all the features and settings. User Device: 32 GB iPod Touch 3G with iOS 4.3 installed.

It Works!

Even with some pretty gnarly reviews and warnings about the need for OS 5, I spent the $15 at Radio Shack. Then I downloaded the app onto my 2nd generation iPod touch with the latest version of OS 4. My early experiences are excellent. I live in northeast Tampa, about 20 miles from downtown. I just completed a 15-mile bike ride near my house and listened to 4 stations for 15 minutes each. Three of them came in perfectly for entire time: 104.7 HD-1, 107.3 HD-2 and 100.7 HD-1. The fourth station was 101.5 HD-2 and it had three very brief hiccups, which was acceptable. Otherwise, the reception was very clear and consistent with none of the small static bursts that are common with my Sony FM radio. A very good value at $15.

Receiver advertised different requirements

I purchased the receiver for the iPod Touch/iPhone, of which I still have a first generation iPod Touch. I purchased it because the box said the software required iOS 3.0, and I now discover that the current version of the app requires iOS 4.0 or 5.0. So much for my radio receiver. They should maintain a version for iOS 3.0 if they continue to advertise as such. Oh well; at least it still functions as a physical control for all of my other music playing. Good thing I got it on clearance.

JUNK

The HD radio receiver by Gigaware is junk. Mine worked for about 5 minutes, and then... nothing. Then I uninstalled the app, and it worked for another 5 minutes, and then... nothing. J-U-N-K. No support, too much time wasted.
